What is Orange Shirt Day?
Orange Shirt Day has been held annually since 2013 on September 30th to promote the reconciliation between Indigenous Peoples, "local government, schools, and communities." It specifically addresses the residential school era.

9:30 to 11 am - FREE t-shirts while supplies last (1st come, 1st serve) or buttons
11 am to noon - Presentation in Chapel
Noon - (foyer) - Free bannock, jam, and butter for those in attendance wearing a t-shirt or button
Why: To bring awareness to Canadians about the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and their 94 Calls to Action.
