Biography
Originally from Moncton, New Brunswick, Julie moved to Alberta in 2009 to study performance. She now intersects English literature, theory, and performance in her classroom and research. Research interests include Shakespearean literary studies, YA dystopian fiction, psychoanalytical theory, and trauma theory. She is also currently involved in researching virtual reality as a pedagogical tool.
