SURGE

Pastor Terrance Taylor was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He grew up in one of the most diverse communities in the city, which was home to many Native American, Asian, Jewish, African, American, and Latino families. He attended Walla Walla University and after graduating, decided to follow his desire to help people. He began working as a pastor in the Seattle area and after a few years, he and his family moved to the Chicago area to complete a Masters degree in Divinity. After completing his degree in 2011, he and his family moved to the Tri-Cities to work as a pastor in East Pasco. He is currently the pastor of the Ephesus Church. He also serves as co-chair of the Pasco Discovery Coalition, which is a grant funded substance abuse prevention organization. He is the grandnephew of the Civil Rights leader Rosa Parks, and hopes to follow her example by continuing to fight for the rights of all people, but especially those living in impoverished communities.
