This award recognizes musical excellence and achievement during your secondary school studies and has an application deadline (August 10 of upcoming school year). Want to know more? Click here for general eligibility requirements and renewability criteria.
For all Royal Conservatory students:
- have completed high school with a minimum GPA of 2.00, and
- submitted a minimum score of 85% on a Royal Conservatory Grade 10 practical exam or minimum score of 90% on a RC Grade 9 practical exam.
- Total 4-year Award Amount: $8,000, or
- submitted a minimum score of 75% on a RC Grade 10 practical exam or minimum score of 80% on a RC Grade 9 practical exam.
- Total 4-year Award Amount: $4,000.
If not an RCM student, you must have completed high school with a minimum GPA of 2.00 and provided all of the following:
- Have your teacher submit a reference form.
- The Scholarship Committee will evaluate your application if further details are required.
- Total 4-year Award Amount: up to $8,000, depending on evaluation by the Burman University Music Scholarship Committee.
