Placing an ILL request

You can request an item via our database search box. Once you have selected the library item you want, navigate to the right-hand side of your screen, and locate the box "Request from libraries Worldwide" :

 When selected, our website will direct you to an online form to fill in your information, including:

• When you need the book by
• The format of the item
  • Please note, we typically do not fulfill ebook requests due to licensing and copyright policies 
• First and Last Name
•  Student ID barcode starting with “155….”

Receiving your Interlibrary Loan

When your item arrives at our institution, you will receive a pick-up notification via your Burman Gmail Account. 

Returning your Interlibrary Loans

Like items from our institution's library, Interlibrary loans are to be returned to the Burman University library by the due date.
