Booking

Study rooms should be booked via the booking module by the door or on cell phones to ensure adequate time is shared between other individuals. The following time should be allocated for study rooms:

• Groups are limited to three hours per day in a study room.
• Individuals are limited to two hours per day in a study room.

If a study room has not been booked, it is available on a first-come basis. Please be respectful of booked time slots. 

Maintenance and Security

Rooms are not secure. The Burman Library is not responsible for loss or damage of items left unattended in study rooms.

Please remove all personal items and trash when vacating rooms. Please take care of the equipment and facilities so that we can continue to offer you these services.
